Some useful hints and some midi file downloads.

The Midi Files..

The listed midi files below are simply some of the better midi files I have available, I have edited some to make them sound better. eg changed some of the instruments used.

HINTS.. Assuming you like your music with some quality... Got an el-cheapo nasty sound card?.. spend some $$$ and get a good one, a Sound Blaster, Yamaha,  or Gravis... it makes all the difference particularly in the Midi Synth side of things, not to mention CD and DVD sounds.

Next get some decent speakers to go with the sound card. Good speakers are not all that expensive these days, and the difference can be amazing in your games and music!

I now have a full surround speaker system with a sub woofer, for my new SB Live card. Big smiles here when I play midi files, music or DVD CD's, and games are a blast!.. 

Now back to the midi files. To pick up all the midi files on the other pages and those below select GET ZIP (392kb) and you have them all. To hear the other files in the zip try out the ones below... Select the small Music Note Icon to play. Note Netscape will not play the files like this.. unfortunately. So grab the Zip.
